One environmental group claims that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) didn’t go far enough when calculating the seafood consumption rates of Gulf residents - which in turn affects the calculation of safe levels of chemicals called polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) being tested for in seafood post-BP oil spill.
